Policy  refund

1. No refunds are made. Only exchanges are accepted. Products on sale are not returned. To exchange a product it must be in excellent condition and in its original packaging. You have 14 days to exchange and send the item. If it takes more than 14 days, we will not make the exchange.
2. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and if you want to make an exchange you have to pay for the shipping that will be made with the exchanged product.
   
   If you make a mistake with the length of a necklace and want to exchange it for a larger size, it costs $5 for necklaces and $5 for bracelets. This is for handmade items.
